Just asking someone to do their job - literally, asking them in a normal tone - gets misconstrued as yelling. What's going on with today's workforce? If a manager doesn't say at minimum "Wow, excellent work, well done," they're seen as overly critical, maybe even yelling. It's just so absurd.

It's giving; "Tell me you're a bad Manager without telling me you're a bad Manager."
Translation “I don’t buy it that you can’t get the job done with the payroll I’ve given you”. S. Bone
It’s because people aren’t making enough money to live and so they leave here with no money at the end of the workday, they can’t do anything in life, and then come back to work. For nothing. It’s literally all for nothing. They’re pressed.
Original poster is absolutely a clueless manager
Are you my regional?
Or you're just a bad manager.
