It's been like that next door at the chemical plant for years. WorkLife balance su-ks and the management does not care. The morale has su-ked for years, and the management does not care. The work force turnover is unbelievable, and the management does not care. The company keeps sending us Toxic rejects from Baton Rouge and that Justs compounds the problems. But looking on the brighter side of things the Thursday snow cone truck and the ExxonMobil teambuilding gatherings should help to right the ship. Please!
