Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Dear Shelly/JVB/Char Char/Angela cc BOD

Effective immediately, I request the transfer of all copper and POTS customers to Alliance. Historically, service providers have embraced upgrades enthusiastically. While this shift may surprise some, it's essential to recognize that MidMarket Fiber operates as a hunting sales organization. It's time to streamline our focus, eliminating noise in our metrics. This transition will require our sellers/sm's to rise to the occasion and demonstrate their abilities to thrive in this new environment.

Respectfully,

Wolf of Wall Street

They will also move the customers to other carriers you b-m. If you are a wolf, you are more like a dog, smelling the po-p streaks in the underwear of your betters.

They ripped the rug from underneath us in BAT and made our job virtually impossible. So I don't see what the problem is.

Lol, only 13% of the organization made quota last year. Can you imagine what that number would look like if you took away upgrades/migrations? The quota here is way too high!

The fact of the matter is they don't want to give them up because they want the numbers. Not once but twice they have tried to implement a white space bucket in the last 5 years for fiber and dropped it because they claim they could never figure it out. All the current VAS numbers come come flipping APBA. 90% of the ports are ADIVB. Do you think Charlie wants to give all that up?
