It's long overdue for the OP to stop trying to organize a union. Either you are another union goon from the CWA, or you work for BAC and are not fully aware of how detrimental a union can be.
I never liked the idea of a union, but the protection it could offer employees in this crazy environment would be great. The uncertainty of whether a person has a job or not on a daily basis is enough to drive a person crazy.
Some of the Wisconsin branches are union in case you’re looking one to shake things up. I’m sure they’d love more members.
A union might provide more protection and support for employees versus the current layoff environment
The status quo is not f**king cutting it. There’s literally no redress, just take it or leave it.
I’m all for it but building a consensus across an organization our size would be a herculean feat.
Union environments are pure trash. Yeah, the new changes su-k, it's clear we could use better leadership, but you can virtually guarantee Unions will never be that.
Would love it if we could. Take some power back. No idea how it’d work however.
@zkj+1rEeZTPB pop what a d-mb comment when we have been told the only thing that matters is you being in your seat in a hub office
Have you ever worked in a union environment? I left that for this. I enjoy being able to have my salary contingent on my abilities not my time in the seat.
