Thread regarding Stellantis - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles layoffs

I have a suggestion to wipe out 2 million dollars for Stellantis totally legally

the action you need is every laid-off employee file arbitration and each case of arbitration costs Stellantis $3500, even before a chance of determination.

and 500*$3500, 1.75 million US$. Oh well, let's do it then. Even if it doesn't come to anything, let's hurt the employer as much as we can, legally.

Arbitration paper is attached here, (EDRP process)

Best of luck!

And totally legal due to no union employee representation. HR many years ago originated to replace unions and act as an in-house "union" to represent the employee. That's BS now as they are just an extension of the employer. Corporate american employment are "at will" contracts as a result of all this.

Not a lawyer, but wouldn't it be trivial to prove that everyone let go was done so because they are American? Especially if being replaced by LCCs? That would be firing due to national origin which is a big no-no.
