What is "drop house crew"?
Well cmon, this company has been management heavy for a long time. It’s modeled after the management heavy companies of the nineties. They need all those managers in order to keep deceiving the rank and file. Most of management there is completely unnecessary, and largely to bust the existing unions and prevent others from organizing. No different than any other company in Amerika. No unions=low living wage=erase the Amerikan middle class. They teach this in colleges all over the world.
This company continues to have no identity and changes policies constantly to justify managers jobs.
Just be sure to taste it first so you don't swallow a big mouthful of p1ss.
Who knows maybe this company is starting to turn itself around.
Who am I kidding, its the new flavor of the week, this company is doomed. Anyone left who gets laid off will have no one else to blame but themselves.
Sounds like turning lemons into lemonade to me
What is possibly a in drop house crew
Getting ready to turn up all states with in house drop crews so dont think they will be going anywhere anytime soon
Lmao no ones job is secure. But how about we start getting rid of some of these id--ts that have been here for years doing the same stupid sh-t over and over? You know, like BB & JS you are some of the mgmnt that is so far removed from reality and have no clue what day to day operations are like but here you are making decisions that affect people's lives and livelihoods. And all we keep doing is recycling sh-t that hasn't worked in the past but all of a sudden its the next best thing. This ain't your grandmas rotary phone. People don't have to have phone service anymore so we need to wake up and for once be proactive and not reactive so we are not behind yet again trying to catch up
You drop guys will b there forever, they can’t live without you, man. Rest easy.
Just like in house splicers or TTU staff or anything. Until they get the bright idea that an SSP will be cheaper. Then they'll realize that they are fighting everyone for the same crews, so they'll start in house crews again. Wash rise repeat every few years. Basically if they change operations directors, expect the tide to change opposite of which ever way it was going at the time.
Just be ready to jump to an SSP the moment that they hint that is the way they will go.
