May want to see how much they helped them boys in Beaumont….10 months for just MLK day and their honored president Joe Biden, making their contract raises pale in comparison to inflation. Don’t worry, the USW or UAW will gladly have the blue haired baristas from the Socialists of America come picket with you all for $3k annually and the a grievance process that protects you by taking years to finalize anything.

Who’s getting 4%? In the last 2 years alone I’ve gotten 23% combined. The company hates union guys. I was union and now I’m not, and I haven’t had an issue since. The ranking su-ks but just be good at your job? Idk just seems pretty simple to me. Don’t su-k=get money. Su-k=no money. PITA=NSI

I agree with this but I honestly don’t know where to start. So many XOM engineers and employees are indoctrinated into the “unions are bad” propaganda that you can barely have a conversation about it. If salaried employees unionized along with hourly, well that would make DW and TG very scared. How to overcome the army of lawyers though….
