Reorganization means more wfr. Managers now need 13+ reports. Some will step down for a lower grade/pay and others wfr. It just is what it is.

Ugh...2024 I meant, and it looks like that was already stated in the Reuters report, alas, the 10-k is interesting reading...
Pretty sure they pulled that from Dell's 10-K filing for fiscal year 2024. It's word for word, and is just referencing last fiscal year's layoffs. Interesting info in that filing, as of Feb 2025, we have 120k employees.
