With the cyclic LRs and other cr@p, and quite frankly comical rhetoric to 'bring your authentic self to work', there's just one thing that would actually help... Cisco need to create a culture where more employees actually looked forwards to getting up to start work each day. I can't remember that last time I did that. There are just too many collective sighs at almost everything.
When will they understand that RSUs, Time 2 Give, birthday off, days for you, and all the other stuff are just sticking plasters to cover up the underlying issues?
