What is a higher end of the I9 band in Austin? I was told the range is huge. I wonder how many years of service can bring someone to 80-90 percentile if they stay at the same level and are “top performers”?

I was in marketing as an i9 and while I won’t share my exact salary I will share that I was offered $50k more to go do less work in the same type of role elsewhere, to give an idea of how competitive Dell salaries are…

Don’t know what the range is, but have heard that it’s also adjusted each year for the market/cost of living. So you could constantly be trailing to catch up to the 100/midpoint
