is the plan of NewBrunswick NJ location moving to metropark location still there or dropped?

190 River Road is an absolute shithole. Heard someone dropped dead there last year and they didn’t even change the rugs
both locations - NewBrunswick and Metropark are in the 2024 Strategy locations meeting document.. so both may until end of year?
August is the date that has been thrown around for this move.
Metro park = India on the east coast
Lease is signed. Move third Q.
Heard sometime in Q2 - NB is a dump, Metro has to be an upgrade
