Why is Dell being so secretive of numbers ppl it’s laying off hiding in a 10k filing it’s absurd. Not being TRANSPARENT!

Is it me, or are all these articles misrepresenting the 10-K filing, conflating last years layoffs (old news at this point) for a new larger round?
Dell is a low tier company. No doubt.
But that article is garbage as well.
