Jp was a clown. Needed to go. OD is the OG and will bring back a bit senior leadership and experience that we need.

Now you guys up in central don’t have to work anymore. And then once fiber gets cut from the company, you won’t even have to show up 3 days a week. The fiber sale can’t come a day too soon.

Centrals failures come back to KR and she didn't have to take the fall. It was her director team that's allowed it to fail.
JP was an incompetent jerk. He deserved to go. No one will miss him.
Now we need KR and CL to go too and then we can start rebuilding.
Whatever we want to consider KR, I’m not a fan of hers and I believe she’s partly responsible for our downfall.
It’s not debatable if she’s in the EMT. That’s a literally official team, it’s not up for interpretation, additionally she’s a SVP not an EVP so she’s still another layer away.

It’s debatable whether KR is EMT. If your face is on the website as a key leader, you’re an executive. In other words, the E in EMT. As for whether she’s a s-xist, IDK but I do know that she wasn’t promoted based on her leadership ability and her knowledge of network.
As with anyone, people are liked by some and not liked by others. Personally I'm not a fan but I don't wish losing their job on anyone. Also, in my experience in central he was a micromanager but not a fear monger. So I downvoted because I don't agree with OP.

I'm not that person and I'm not defending KR but if you don't even know who is and who isn't a part of the EMT, you might want to keep your thoughts to yourself. KR isn't on the EMT.

That god we have somebody with sense taking over. We are in dire need of a headcount reduction on network.
OD was brought back for one reason. To reduce headcount and cost. Now that he is done with towers its sc and fiber turn. Once complete he will disappear back into retirement with a nice package. Again.
No one is sharing wrong information, if you have no friends or connections it is what it is. There was a masthead to the entire tower org saying it happened. Everyone in network central knows it happened. Directors and above in other regions in network were officially told. He was in offices since the announcement and talked to people about it.
Or someone is sharing misinformation to identify certain posters.
We’re off today so I haven’t looked but as of yesterday, JP was still showing in Teams so maybe some of you are full of sh!t saying he got the can. Idk
