This whole exercise looks like its penalizing the hybrid workers.
The disadvantages for remote workers - no promotions, no salary hikes would be real disadvantages if those advantages existed. Promotions across the orgs are few and far, whereas metric increase is a measely 3% which I am willing to give up to be remote. And even then a remote worker can reclassify as hybrid at any given time, if there is a promotion in line of sight for that individual.
Anyone else feel the same way?
