Molina broke me. I'm now in a state of perpetual "I don't give a damn." I don't give a damn about layoffs, I don't give a damn about doing my job properly, I don't give a damn about anything anymore. I now feel that being kicked out of here would actually be doing me a favor.

Hopped over here from the Cigna chats… looks like it’s bad all over. They definitely don’t care what we want, only profits and looking good to shareholders. Humans are a commodity to the machine. Perfect example is that we were told we should feel proud to the fact that HCSC bought the people and the Medicare LOB. Literally, sold us to the highest bidder and we should be thanking them for it. Not only that, but now they are stealing FTEs from non-MA teams to fulfill the HCSC promises. Absolute bunk! All while sending other FTEs to some phone bank in India and the Philippines, and those of us onshore left to deal with all of the escalated issues that were caused by offshore. F this corporate mindset, I’m out as soon as I can be.

Just because you are upset with corporations and system, please don’t lose your character! At the end of the day, you face your own esteem/integrity and define yourself. No one wants to look in the mirror to see a fraud/cheater who steals money by doing nothing for paychecks drawn fortnightly.

Don't worry, you will be fine. Treat All Future Employers They Way Molina Treats You. Work For Money Only, nothing else. Disassociate everything about you from all Corporations. Money Only. The Mob Is Right: F**k you, Pay Me! Molina and All Corporations are Evil by Nature. Throw it back in their face. Punish them back.
