Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Proxy Vote

Don't forget to vote. Funny how the board is for everything they suggest but against everything the shareholders suggest. I always vote the opposite of the recommendation anyway, not that it matters.

I voted against all board members and voted yes on proposal’s that dealt with transparency. My vote won’t make a difference, I just hope enough people vote yes to send them a message!!

Of course the Board is recommending to vote against any shareholder proposal. Especially if we are proposing anything related to oversight of our banking activities.

Voting for:

Shareholder Proposal - Annual Report on Congruency of Political Spending and Corporate Values.

Shareholder Proposal - Transparency in Lobbying Annual Report.

I was just coming here to post this very thing.

If you want a quick and dirty education in class warfare, look no further than the board’s “For” and “Against” suggestions. To say I always vote the opposite is an understatement. I PRIDE myself in voting for what they’re against, and against what they’re for. We literally work to make Charlie and the board rich. Have any of you honestly gotten rich working for Wells Fargo?

Use your heads when voting. Voting the way the board wants benefits them. Voting the way that’s right for you benefits EVERYONE.

Know the difference. Don’t be their patsy.
