Q2 Reorganisation

Whispers started to swirl about a big reorg off the back of Q1... any information or speculations which parts of the company it will cover? No point in asking what's the reason. All is clear.

No doubt a few corporate words will be used to mask more redundancies across the organisation saying they are cost optimizing the business.

I guess one has to cost optimize when customers are leaving in droves and revenue is sinking.

RP is just the latest the steer the sinking ship down the drain.

If they are getting rid of TC it will also be a good opportunity for them to get rid of any DEI hires who are not pulling their weight. The biggest challenge for these companies can be the optics around when these kinds of leadership changes are made. Will be interesting to see how it all plays out.
