Today in our staff meeting our n-4 said that more cuts are coming to ctc this year.
He said HR is absolutely against giving heads up to employees but try to hint your teams!
At least he is trying....

I start Tuesday with Stellantis. What are the ROCs that got shut down?
ROCs are closing, from 9 to 6. How do we know that's where it stops? Certainly if they can go to 6, laying off the regional support folks in the 3 closed centers, they can take it down to 4 in another year . .why aren't we fighting this?
This will be the official end of NA , moral will never come back as employees have no trust for our CEO. Sales, quality, pride plummets. Some French L-2(no clue on US market) will be tasked to fix it, too late we lose market share in our most profitable segments!! All to save few dollars in headcount costs, equals bigger losses in NA. CTC will be rusted out in 5 years.
I think we're likely to see waves of <500 layoffs occur just every few months in NA, likely to be just within threshold where Stellantis doesn't have to give WARN notices.

also, presumably if the number is in fact "2400" they would be in direct violation of WARN Act.
