Sales reps should be renamed to Damage Control Specialists. The company is sending in cr-p, ftow are sending in cr-p and reps are left to dealing with all the angry managers and recievers.

They might not know who their Rep is because their Rep has 30 stores and the company decided to let merchandisers do the ordering. The ones I have do not talk to decision makers in store and just write quick shelf orders and throw on some cases for displays. Im sure there ate good FTOW’s but there are also good Sales Reps unable to do their job because they are always cleaning up messes in stores.

Stop acting like Reps don’t send bullsh-t too. My stores don’t even know who the rep is. Who do they call when sh-t happens? Me, even on the fu--ing weekend. Don’t look down the ladder at your problems, the sh-t show starts at the top. We’re just left holding the bag.
