Part of the PIP process is to be assigned a course to help you navigate the process ie take corrective actions to reverse the PIP.
I am sorry this happened to you.

I didn't receive the email that others have. But I did ask my manager as I was curious. He told me that's not PIP related at all. Because if it was, I would have received the email. My manager thinks he's a comedian.
thought we were a tech company, they don't make mistakes.
I can confirm that this is 100% a system error. Not related to a PIP at all
Big tech PIP processes are a relic from the 1980s. Companies who have experienced hyper growth in the past decade don't have PIPs. It's sad such ancient tools are pushed by out of touch no skill leadership. Every company running PIPs have shrinking revenue and low moral work force. There is zero chance of disruptive growth at Dell. Layoff is the endgame.
This is BS. I got one of these stupid things and at the same time got a small LTI and stellar EOY review. No way this is related to any sort of PIP and if by some chance it was, it would be a corporate existential crisis. As others said, most likely a bug in the system.
Are many who work at Dell infantile?
corrective course for a PIP is get the h€ll out
So much anxiety and insecurity being enslaved. You invited the misery.
Lies. This was a saba mistake
Just like they did to the FSS group their making everyone a FSE. Get ready to make in site break/fix visits to customers.
This is a technical course, just search SABA you will find many of them. Seriously, search the word "corrective" there are ones for nearly all our products. Come on at least lie straight in bed.
I got one too. If it is a mistake, it’s an absolute **** up as people are on edge since this whole RTO debacle. The timing is very suspicious, a week after I declared that I would be remote
Do not listen to this non sense! My manager and the entire team got this! Including our VP! This is not PIP! But a system error
