ATS - advance technical support; If you are supporting a technology soon to be obsolescent, then no union can save you.
I’m a union member , in ATS and by the end of the year I will be laid off - so ….union doesn’t guarantee job security

Probably should of thought about that several years ago. Now that you have found out what AT&T is all about and you now have discovered that you are not in the protected "club" it is a little too late.
May I strongly recommend someone with hair on their ba--s more than rollover CWA?
