Like she is about to break down and cry. Gets all snarky and defensive as well. It's probably constructed by Stankey but this whole attitude of suppressing ideas or alternative ways of thinking or there is the door has pretty much shut down the producers and outside the box thinkers. Comply with Jennifer or fear the wrath of my crackly whiney about to cry voice tirades.

Your work is being moved. Same thing happened with our department.
From the initial intro when they put gave her time on the corporate propaganda communication platform , my take was she is a strange bird. Pronunciation, delivery was eccentric and condescending. This was many years ago and nothing has changed. What exactly has she contributed for the $$$ paid ? Another reason why I stopped listening to 'town halls'
Per our new CRE leader, "We either change employees, or we change employees". No room for diversity of thought in the company anymore.
She was another legacy hire.
She is awful. I will never forget that she defended the RTO BS with the line “You can’t hate someone when you’re sitting next to them.” I swear that is the most ignorant thing I have heard from an executive in over 25 years in the corporate world.
I guess she is so used to having own office and having everyone kiss her a-s that she never sat near someone who you could hear from a mile away while they yammer on phone calls or smell from a mile away for who-knows-what reason and that’s only at work, not annoying neighbors, HOAs and so on. Of course all her minions nodded their heads like this was some sage commentary..
Once she said this and more cliche business-speak junk, it became clear that aside from reading decks and sounding “sincere”, she was useless. So glad I no longer work under her and don’t have to listen to her.
And no it’s not because she’s a woman. I have had some fantastic female leaders. She just is not one of them.
