2X revenue calc. Had to do something or the plane would be 3/4s empty. Xerox, so very pathetic.
Weird that people who were laid off made it. For the sales field, very poorly implemented, in November, came out with a sc--wy 2X revenue promo that lifted underperforming sales persons to CEO Club above persons hat performed much higher FY 2024. There was also controversy because positions that were miles apart were in the same sales category. Really? An AGM with no direct reports is in the same category as a VP with 13 reports running a large sales enterprise? Shows how disconnected the SLT is.
Oh…so there are others going. Glad you figured that out. Don’t raise too many glasses; no one is jealous of being stuck on a xeroid trip and you can’t spare the brain cells.
