Each pension option is in your online benefit info. Run the scenario for when you want to leave and choose your option.

Is it so late that you could collectively threaten legal action? I have zero pension. Just got my IRIF papers and 3 months salary after 22 years. Xerox is a he-l hole.

"The company has clearly learned its lesson and is slow-rolling it as much as possible to preserve cash. When the first large layoff happened during the Icahn era in 2018, there was a huge, unexpected (to leadership at least) run on the pension plan right after that layoff was announced that took away a lot of cash from the plan and Xerox. They have been working to lessen such an impact with layoffs ever since."

This makes absolutely no sense. You have no idea how pension funding/distribution works. Please don't post anymore.

I already told you they scooped it. They are dragging their feet to find those last legal loopholes to jump through.

No urgency on their part. I was told 20 working days from separation date. Need actuarial review (to make the lump lower...). I reminded them that many in this world live paycheck to paycheck so move your butt!
