Also, the companies are only supposed to notify if cuts are above a certain number. Not sure what it is, but it looks like they need to notify if more than 50. If that is the case, they can literally do 50 layoffs each month
For some reason i thought it was on the 16th of the month but that could change depending on the number of days notice they give.
It seems someone so stupid put dates to scare people. If you don’t know don’t put anything

A part of me wants to given my walking papers. Closing has gone to absolute sh-t since we are now doing the title work. Takes twice as long now and managers are being a--holes about the turn times. This place is a godda-n joke.
Do we know when in April it will happen? Does not surprise me all consumer direct is in manila they will be sending Hime Equity to manila as well and they really don’t support retail HLA so there is nothing for us to process but a few here and there. Otherwise just sit there and look busy.

Mainly its cost, even if they are half the quality and efficiency, they are paid crumbs compared to your average salary in the USA. I am surprised they haven't moved more operations overseas to be honest.
Manilla gets away with everything! Even dropping the ball on many occasions! Their “solution” coaching on how to now let it happen again! TOTAL BS!!! Not having sense of urgency is 1000% accurate! And also them not having common sense is beyond me. I don’t know how or why Chase thinks they will do a better job than US CCS! They do all their work when everyone’s asleep. The amount of notes they place is ridiculous and nothing gets done! We hand their work to them so they can get the credit!

It will be in April. Typically, they give a 30 day notice, but this round they’re giving 60. So, folks will roll off in June.
