UOP going down?

UOP has no projects. Maybe the elections are reducing spends? Can’t last too much longer.

Yes - I was riffed after nearly 30 years. For sure, HW don’t like elder workers, they begrudge paying the higher salaries. I was always upper block, but this counts for nothing. Advice for younger workers, use HW to get trained up and then move on. If you’ve been there more than 5 years your career and salary are going into reverse. They show no loyalty to those who have served them well in past years.

We need more leadership. People who are experienced driving companies into the ground with hopes that we can learn from their experience.

When suppliers are baking 180 day payment terms into their pricing it’s hard to remain competitive.
