CX and PX must flush out

CX and PX need to fire product managers and engineering directors, who do not have experience neither technical nor functional. Full of junk and d-mb engineering directors cutting big Cisco's paycheck. They nod the head and take orders from top without even using their brains. Cisco has promoted and harboring engineering directors which needs 50% cleanup. Moving CX and PX under different ELYT is just sugar coating and not going to fix anything

Cisco leadershipculture is very much find a scapegoat and point blame there vs. take accountability for the bad leadership decisions, zero operating model, constant communication breakdowns and resistance from teams looking to not be replaced. Meanwhile competition is eating our lunch and actually working as a team. Get it together Cisco…. Smh

Cx and px had a bad business strategy from the start. They focused on What Cisco wanted to sell versus what customers and partners needed. Partners had no incentive to sell success tracks and cisco sales are 90%+ partner led. Also, ever tried to ship software when your team is constantly being whiplashed as priorities shift every week? Executive turnover is a big problem… This is a system failure at the highest level.
