nothing new, it has happened for years, but now it seems to be more openly reported to the benefit of stock price as company signal they're protecting the margins
Dell is planning to do the same thing. What do you thinK RTO is about? It’s a new policy to break. And it’s a way to reduce productivity and dole out PIPs to formerly good employees.
Amazon is despicable, but it’s worth a lot more on your resume than Dell.
