I know a good amount of people on here are sick of Farley, the Ford family etc, but all they do is complain. I’m sure a good amount of you have Ford shares of some sort! Make sure your voice is heard, vote against them on your proxy ballot, and for the 1 share 1 vote resolution! Its time to make your voices heard, not on the forum but on the voting statement!

I agree with people who say we can't win (they've stacked the odds), but it will at least send a message!
The Ford family holds 40% of the voting rights. There is no chance what so ever shareholders can force a change to 1 vote per share and eliminate the class B shares. Not. Gonna. Happen.

You are re--rded if you think handing majority voting rights to vanguard, black rock et al. will result in anything other than offshoring and mass layoffs… I’d argue Bill is one of the few forces working towards keeping the American workforce
