I finally got a good offer I'm considering accepting and it took me nearly seven months of active job search to land it. I've never seen the job market this tight. Let me be clear, I did get quite a few offers in the past seven months, but none of them came with pay that was even worth considering. This whole thing still has me very concerned.

Well my group is taking two H1 because the alternative is to send the jobs there.
Something to do with if we want market access there we have to let a few of their workers into the product.
H1b isn’t your problem. Remote work is. A job that can be done remotely from 400 miles arcana be done remotely for much less from 4000 miles away.
