Possibly moving into this Band 5 role. Can anyone summarize a day in the life please? Does it involve making or receiving client calls?

That role is a mixed hat depending on what management defines the requirements to be. Did you take the role?
They are pulling people from other roles to fill this role. I heard they are pulling 10 people from GT.
Hello! Operations project consultant here; B5 as well. Client contact will really depend on your role description: might just want to ask prior to accepting the role to be honest, I know many B5s that speak to clients daily, where as I haven't spoken to a client in 3 years. So it really just depends on what your LOB requires of you.
