At this point , a sale is the only way out to save the company. No management, no strategy, Fossil needs to be acquired.
In an ideal scenario I would like Sh----a to do it but, realistically, the best option would be Movado or possibly a Japanese conglomerate like Citizen.

Fossil is a pile of fragmented garbage. At least 10 years behind the renovation schedule. Who would do that to themselves? The dead body of Fossil will be divided among the vultures and one day some smart person will come along and breathe life back into the long forgotten brand name. Until then, enjoy your Fossil shares.
