I’ve always answered brutally truthful, rating mostly ones and have never had repercussions.

Many answer honestly and nothing happens to them. People on this site seem to want to intentionally scare others, not sure why.

I thought a neutral response would be safe.

The survey is not confidential Negative responses create some nasty repurcussions. Either give 5 stars straight down the board or don't do the survey

Does anyone know if the surveyors throw out scores where every last item is the lowest rated? What is the best way for an individual to drive down a department score?

I thought it was funny getting on an engagement kick off call when phones are ringing off the hook like 1000 calls an hours for eclipse glasses. Wtf. Yeah not getting any work done today because someone dropped the ball on that money maker. Can't leave the phone because once you hang up there's 3 more calls waiting. Great planning CVS.

Everyone lies on the surveys and gives good reviews so they don't get hassled on the back end. If you look at them it's 80% positive for the most part. They look at the survey responses but they think nothings broken so there's never any response. If you don't want to fill out the survey then go rank them down on other lists like "best places to work" sites.

My favorite is the past survey results show that our team really does not care about diversity. It is literally the least important thing in the survey results. And we are already a young and diverse team. Yet the bosses continue to order seminars, lecture series, and guest speakers on diversity. Stop gaslighting us.

There is no point to these surveys. Why spend the time and effort when "leadership" won't even listen? Even if enough people do complain about something it's not like it's going to change anything. The most you can expect from leadership is half assed measures that lead nowhere. Just look at what they did with the feedback from the last 2 years. Oh you want more flexibility? Nope instead how about a gym? Maybe a garden? You know we care about your mental health so much that we're going to ignore everything you're saying and try to force our corporate astroturfed community onto your life. Sure you just laid out a million data points but what the fu-k does logic matter when a bunch of out of touch rich people run our lives.

The problem is this leadership is not trusted. When you ask questions like would you recommend this company to a friend a day after you let people go what do you expect people to answer on the survey? They need to get rid of people at the top of they want to get a positive answer to that question.

Absolutely, the survey is not confidential. The best course of action you can take is to opt out of the survey. Do not give them the feedback that they are looking for unless you are already on your way out the door.

The survey is not confidential. They know who you are, when you log in. You input is traced.

If we’re honest on the survey, are we going to be a target for the next layoff list?
