Just notified we lost huge account - Genesis. We had this account for years and our CBC mgmt teams always maintained a tight relationship. Thanks CVS - you can't automate & streamline relationships. This is a big loss. I guess since CVS couldn't sell Omnicare, after ruining it, they're just going to let it fall apart piece by excruciating piece.

It was more about Genesis not paying than omnicare lost them…. Omnicare dropped Genesis not vice versa
Pharmerica has a lot of new positions posted. That is most likely where Genesis is going
Regardless of what led to the breakup, this moves Omnicare closer to the cliff's edge. Genesis has homes, I think, coast to coast and might account for 20 percent or even more of Omnicare's total business. Even the foolish president, who is so far over his head he makes the last guy look good, said it was a significant loss.
Genesis is not paying their bills. Not much CVS can do.
