This is standard manager FAQ language for every one of these done here. They don’t have a plan they intend to execute immediately, perhaps, but make no mistake, there is always a plan to have a RIF if it’s needed.
Been here 20 years and this is the most despicable layoff I’ve ever seen this company do. The things I’m hearing where they just walked in with clipboards and pointed at people like the KGB is disgusting. The last ounce of trust I had in this place is gone. Zero now.
