Wait till you hear that they’re also taking over all of retail next month
They are a cr-p. Most of the time they unethically hire folks from other vendors whose contract has been terminated. So that the same cr-ppy stuff is delivered. No changes other the name.
Yeah it’s all fun and games until the contract renewal period.
Cognizant will take over all L1 and L2 support teams. As usual they do not offer quality, just quantity. They keep messing-up easy tasks.

They’ve taken over my org. We’re somewhere around 20:1 cognizent:fte ratio.
Company is going to fall apart in a few years once all that working knowledge moves on, or we’ll get bent over a barrel trying to renew the contract.
It’s one thing to outsource janitorial it’s something else when you completely outsource the beating heart of your business.
