Cognizant is trash. They took me over 2 years ago and I regret every single step, check their section on this website.

Absolutely you can join. When separated from Current employer you need a job it could any new employer and and could be consultant to previous org. There is no harm in it.

why not? unless its in your NDA (which most likely isnt) you should be able to work for any employer you want
