Given how few of us there were on my teams 10-15 years ago if they kept laying us off at the rate people assert they would have run out by now.

Of course they did but if it's a middle aged, white male complaining it isn't a valid point. This place protects and rewards incompetence and degenerates. This place is the poster for go woke, go broke.
