Sorry you guys had to go thru thie nightmare which is much much worse than what the Finance Transformation folks had to go thru. This is all thanks to a single man miscue foresight n trust if another man. Whatever that is going on, your life is under your own control and decision to let you go or not is definitely not within your control. Do not prolong the torture on yourself!

i think this inhumane approach to drag out the layoff over 6 months was an intentional choice, def a psychological tactic recommended by bain, they prob have some sick formula that says X% of employees will resign voluntarily through this tactic due to fear and leave for other jobs and Nike doesn't have to pay severance for these ppl that voluntarily leaves and thats extra cost savings for JD, he must have salivated all over this idea
Woke up at midnight and it took me a while to go back to sleep. Now up early.
It’s a wild week and hope it only last this week. Can’t stay with uncertainty until phase2. Will find another job once this settles down with phase1. No more waiting for phase 2. Just done with this!
