Just filled out my offboarding form online. You need your Employee ID number, which is part of the paperwork they share with your private email over box. You also need your department name, your managers name. What is almost impossible to figure out after you lost access is your seatnumber. If you dont have it you will have to describe the location of your seat like its a scavenger hunt. You need that if you personal items at your desk you want back. If you are local you have to schedule a 15m slot starting 3/15 2:45pm to do what sounds like a curbside dropoff of your Nike Equipment (you get a list) and Badge and thats when they give you your private stuff. Mobile offboarding is a whole process too. by March 4 (before the dropoff/pickup) you need to have transferred your number (it is released) you need to backup your phone, and the carrier sends youba new simcard .They say they give you a new phone, at pickup so you have to somehow bridge the gap from March 4 to pick up without a phone, or buy your own.

They will allow you to keep your Nike phone, but you will need to transfer the number to a personal account pretty quickly (within 7-10 days). I was able to do it over the phone with a Verizon rep and it took about 30 minutes.

Do you mean to say Nike is giving a new phone if you get laid off? I just purchased one assuming i will need one (still in transit). Shall I return it?
