TAC needs good leadership back

Marc Holloman is a real good leader in TAC. I never saw any VP level leader was showing new hires around campus and introduced. Also, I remember he was greeting us at movie nights at the cinema.

I no longer work for Cisco anymore, but I do hope Cisco and TAC get better and better. Even with new leadership, it will be very hard to rebuild everything but I believe you will!

God bless you!

Bring back TB to run CX. This clown show needs to go. If he comes back, maybe we could get some real SERVICE people in here.

TAC needs to stop having teams with two managers that outsource 25% of their job or more to engineers who should be providing value to customers

If a whole team can function for a day or more when no one with your job title is on shift, sort of sketchy

Can the awesome TAC culture ever be recovered to the level it was prior to the pulverization Maria did?

My hope for y'all still there can find a way to take all the good of what was there prior to Maria, do a retrospective of the past 6 years and take what was good from those dark days....and move forward to an even better culture.

It can only get better, right? Right?

It was good back then when you had a good work-life balance. Chuck Armstrong will be the new VP
