It’s not only anti-women, it’s also ableist and classist. Dell changed their medical insurance coverage in some locations. Threat of no advancement if you choose remote. No significant salary increase while the cost of living continues to increase. Culture Code, ERGs are nothing but virtue signaling to give an illusion that they care about the marginalized employees. It’s not just Dell. Workers from EU countries probably have more protections. But your average American tech worker also now has to compete with H1B workers.
