Was there PSP component for those laid off so far? As per communication , employees will be given PSP for FY24 who are been laid off! But is that actually provided who left?

For this round 2, they are paying out PSP
The PSP date of record is not May 1. Its May 31, end of Nike's fiscal year.
People laid of in December are not receiving any part of PSP for this year, and their stock awards from last year were cancelled. Those who are being laid off this year are keeping their stock awards from last year and are getting PSP for this year if they are still on payroll on May 1st or later. Hence the date May 2. Just don't tell that to December folks.
HR info is outdated on a good day.
I would trust the Workvivo post—they would not have included PSP if they weren’t going to pay it.
Workvivo FAQ says if laid off you’ll still get some sort of PSP comp. The PSP HR page has the May 31 date others have mentioned… but I assume (hope) the layoff FAQ is the truer information.
I’m hoping to be laid off and hoping for PSP, but with this company you can’t count on anything for certain. If anyone laid off this round has legit info on this please post.
Read the Workvivo post from JD. It is literally addressed there.
Negotiate it. Don’t back down.
Do folks think we’ll actually get PSP this year?
PSP is valid only if employed till May 31? Are they saving PSP by laying off earlier ?
The workvivo faq says you would receive psp
No PSP per se, but should be laid off, there's a PSP-related payout factored into your leaving package (unclear what PSP-related means exactly, ie full/partial PSP amount)
No PSP. Just any stock you got more than 6 month before separation date (May 3rd) that was scheduled to vest within the next 12 month the year, vests immediately.
It says in the qa that you stay on payroll til may so eligible for psp
