With no warning, merit increases and promotions scheduled for March 1st have been cancelled until October. If you were looking for a sign it is time to leave TD this is it. Why would you trust to even get it in October at this point?

Anybody staying with The Dying Company is also doomed. What are you waiting for? Get out.
Yup.
They all cashed out at 48.79.
Good luck with the SEC and ivestigations opening up.
Does the site show they sold their stocks at 48.79 per share before it dropped? How shady is that! Definitely not the most ethical company.
Very little hope of any pay increase or promotion this year. That's a sign of a company in peril.
Whilst competitors give their staff pay increases, stock and perks to attract the top talent. Teradata gives you jack.
Your first sentence in the post below isn’t fully accurate. Employees are getting paid our annual AIP bonus in March — at 95% factor and then whatever each manager adds/removes on top of that.
The part delayed to October is the annual merit increases and promotions.
No surprise on the merit increases delay. In the USA they love to use the “you’re at the cap of your salary band in your current role, so despite great performance this year” excuse to not give merit increases anyway. So not too many Americans may have missed out on the merit increase.
The holding of Promotions part is rough for those impacted. Now is the time to put that new title, that they’ll hold hostage until October, on your resume and LinkedIn
I like how the ELT tells you that the entire company is not going to get paid their AIP bonus or promotions that were well deserved following their direction.
But yet all of the ELT cashed out the day after the earnings call. Millions cashed out and they were all given even more RSU’s.
If they were worth a grain of salt, they should all take a huge pay cut. $1 dollar a year and then tied to performance. Not one would accept that challenge.
That would make employees feel more committed.
Look at what they all are taking out of the company.

They all look at this site or their subordinates and report back.
JW uses it as a self promotion tool to justify her existence on her recent MarTech post.
Also, the ancient board of directors should be cut in half.
You can’t do “cost optimization” to run a company.
ELT. Guess what. Customers look at this site as well.
