With VPs and SDs impacted till now, will it be Directors today and ICs tomorrow for the impacts?

Depends on org. CI is done already down to IC level
Peons by year end is what we were told.
It is going by org. It depends on how organized the org is.
@ugh+1rbmcDhl look at the org chart. there are equal number of leadership team vs Individual contributor. I have scanned the org chart entirely and couple of directors with just 3-4 engineers reporting to them.
Bay Area the most? I can’t imagine that when the org there isn’t that big.
The appear to be going one org at a time, starting from the top and working down the chain vp/sd/dir/ic.
How could anyone possibly know?
still lot of duplication to be removed at VP SRDR level and people from bay area are impacted the most.
Nobody knows but that seems logical.
