Lot of GAP leaders have 15 min meeting set up for tmrw with their direct reports. Either GAP will be hit hard or big org/role change.
For the meeting set up to lay off people - are these 15 min meetings or 30 min meeting usually ?

@ruf+1rckHrTA correct. we didnt say invites went out...they just put up blocks on 15-30 mins on most of the VP and SR DR's
Don't think the invites to the impacted people went out yesterday. It looks like they got put on the VP/SD cal though. I expect the individual invites to come out in a minute. Good luck fellow architects
@mib+1rckHrTA the calendars of VP's and SR DR are hidden now. HR is clearly monitoring this site for sure.
Why would they send invites a day in advance? It could be just regular 1x 1.. just trying to be optimistic.

How can you tell there are meetings set up? Are the from the VP’s (TO) email?
looks like minimum 20-30 people are gone...fu-k...chat GPT. job market going to worsen over years. like may be 1-2 years then we will see recovery.
