For anyone who has worked with MW does he really love layoffs like he makes it seem? The way things work it makes it look like it's his automatic go to way of growing the dividends. That and the obsession with working in the office is unreal to me. Let's focus on our business and growing it the right way and not laying off to give more to the shareholders!

I've been at Chevron for 21 years and have worked across the company. Layoffs were here before MW, and common in our industry. Do people know how it happens at XOM, each year? lol
If you dont RTO I expect your role to be advertised to everyone in the Country who can WFH. That would make business sense and growing the right way.
