Busy doing what!? Busy work - filling in spreadsheets. Busy copying the information from one form to another because someone doesn't like the font! Busy attending endless status meetings. Busy redoing estimates because the client doesn't like the number. Busy chasing up things which should have been automated years ago. Busy attending change reviews explaining technical things to people who don't understand, and approve or reject seemly on the toss of a coin. Busy waiting for people to attend meetings while we all listen to silence. That's what we're doing!!
We're not busy adding value, we're not busy improving things. We're just pandering to clients seemingly determined to tie us all in knots so they can make themselves look less stupid at our expense.
Stop playing this game. Focus on what really needs doing.
Please do your time shiitts in time. As well please complete your standards of business conduct and security training.
