Heard managers were told by Liz to reduce bonuses for every employee in supply chain (possibly merit too) as a cost save to company and also instructed to not tell employees it was leadership's decision. If you're in supply chain, when you get your bonus notification, ask what you were supposed to get vs what you actually got and see if you're told the truth.

I wonder if they get bonuses for sourcing cr-ppy parts that fail early. LOL.
oh no
This is an outrage. UAW gets record boycott.
We should have a sick out the day that we get out bonuses.
Same situation in UnSE.
My LL6 is a member of the team responsible for allocating the bonus to our department, and I was told the same thing is happening to us. I'm a so-called "bubble" employee, meaning my rating score technically qualified me for an exceeds rating, but because they mandated a limit of 2 exceeds ratings in our department, I got bumped down to a meets rating. This is why my LL6 offered an unofficial explanation of the bonus allocation, including that 80% is the new 100% when it comes to your AICP target, and that the overall pot that is being distributed to departments for bonuses is rumored to be low to begin with, indicating the bump everyone is hoping is probably not going to happen.
IT is the same.
This is True and is happening in other organizations
Sadly is very true. Your choice to believe it or not.
This simply isn’t true. You are trying to stir up cr-p in our org.
Liz is lining her pockets with your bonus.
Can someone please show her the door?
