Anyone aware of regions that are impacted till now, At least in my org it seems like it’s restricted to one geo only.

ITC pay was approaching 40% 3 years ago, so I suspect it's hit 50% or more by now. It's not the cost savings it once appeared to be.
ITC folks gets 10-20% of what we are being paid, you expect them to work 200%, grow up
ITC remains untouched with folks printing money for limited work and chilling out there. Big fat is still on at ITC. People with 5 years experience getting in to director role with no people management skills
EMEA will be impacted. Due to local laws, it will be slow.
Global, APLA, and NA were impacted at all levels.
